I'll probably delete this in a few days...
Way at the top of the list of People to Whom I Never Want to Lend My iPod is this piece of work, who holds the record for the world's longest ear hair. Fabulous.
Don't stare at the picture too long, though. After staring at it for a few minutes I'm just about ready to toss my cookies right now.

May 14
May 14th happens to be a pretty sweet day, I think. Many people don't realize, however, that it is actually a holiday. Most days are. So in honor of such a good day, here are a few of the holidays celebrated on May 14th.
Donate a Day's Wages to Charity Day
...Not going to do that...
National Nightshift Workers Day
...Congratulations, I'm thankful not to be you...
National Meeting Planners Appreciation Day
...I appreciate you when you stop planning so many ridiculous meetings...
Root Canal Appreciation Day
...I can feel my appreciation for root canals just swelling in my bosom right now...
National Stuttering Awareness Week (May 12-18)
...I probably shouldn't comment on this...

Swearing at Work Boosts Team Spirit
Thanks go to Paul for finding this stunning piece of work.
Regular swearing at work can help boost team spirit among staff, allowing them to express better their feelings as well as develop social relationships, according to a study by researchers Yehuda Baruch, a professor of management at the University of East Anglia, and graduate Stuart Jenkins.
Regular swearing at work can help boost team spirit among staff, allowing them to express better their feelings as well as develop social relationships, according to a study by researchers Yehuda Baruch, a professor of management at the University of East Anglia, and graduate Stuart Jenkins.
The pair said swearing in front of senior staff or customers should be seriously discouraged or banned, but in other circumstances it helped foster solidarity among employees and express frustration, stress or other feelings.
"Managers need to understand how their staff feel about swearing. The challenge is to master the 'art' of knowing when to turn a blind eye to communication that does not meet their own standards."
